Windjammers escape with an overtime victory

 BREWER – The Camden Hills field hockey team made the trip to Brewer on Thursday for a match up with the host Witches. Camden got off to a very quick start scoring their first goal just 22 seconds into the opening period, however, it took until 2:10 left in overtime for the Windjammers to secure the 3-2 win.

Brewer girls soccer gets third consecutive win at expense of River Hawks

 BREWER –  The Brewer girls hosted Skowhegan, Thursday afternoon, at the Brewer Community School field where they picked up their third consecutive win 3-0.

Doak leads Brewer girls to victory over Broncos

 HAMPDEN - Tuesday afternoon on the turf field in Hampden, Jordan Doak led the Brewer Witches to a 2-1 victory over the Hampden Academy Broncos in girls varsity soccer action. Doak scored two goals for the Brewer girls, who defeated Hampden for the first time since 2018.

Witches tangle with Rams in cross town field hockey matchup

BREWER – The Brewer field hockey team hosted a make-up game with cross town rival Bangor Tuesday night under the light at Heddericg Field where the Witches took the 4-2 win.

Old Town football runs past visiting Oceanside 37-6

 OLD TOWN – The Coyotes of Old Town started strong with an early interception and never looked back as the took a 12-0 lead into the halftime before turning up the heat leading to a lopsided 37-6 victory.

Bangor downs Bapst in hard fought win

BANGOR – The John Bapst field hockey team hosted the Bangor Rams Tuesday afternoon at the Union St. Softball & Soccer Athletic Complex falling 3-1 in a well played game from both teams.

Hermon girls roll past Foxcroft Academy in season opener

HERMON - On a beautiful Saturday afternoon at Pottle Field in Hermon, the Lady Hawks cruised to a dominating 4-0 victory over the Foxcroft Academy Ponies in a mutual season opening game for the 2021 season. The Hermon victory was also a milestone win for Head Coach MJ Ball, who picked up his 100th win as a head coach.

Bangor girls soccer shuts the River Hawks down on the pitch

BANGOR –  The Bangor Rams girls soccer program got off to a quick and successful start to the 2021 season with a solid 6-0 win over visiting Skowhegan Saturday afternoon at Bangor High School.

River Hawks blank Rams 10-0 to kick off the field hockey season

 BANGOR – There was no sunshine on the field today as the Skowhegan River Hawks dominated play for four quarters to take home the 10-0 season opener. Skowhegan is always a tough team and this season is no different.

Crusaders open 2021 field hockey season with win over Hermon

HERMON - Wednesday afternoon at Laughlin Field on the campus of Hermon High School, the John Bapst Crusaders of Bangor survived a tough first half to score a goal in each of the final two quarters to take home a 2-0 victory over the Hermon Hawks in a mutual season opener of the 2021 field hockey season.
