The Hawks scored the only goal they would eventually need very early in the contest, as Sydney Gallop connected on the first of her three goals on the day with 37:08 still remaining in the opening half.

Gallop added her second goal of the game with 13:49 left in the half, and concluded the first half scoring with her third goal with 6:41 still on the clock for the 3-0 halftime Hermon lead.

Just under three minutes into the second half of the contest, Lyndsee Reed scored the fourth and final Hermon goal to put the Hawks on top with the eventual winning score of 4-0.

Hermon will play their next game on the road, as they travel to MDI on Wednesday, September 8. Foxcroft Academy will also be on the road for their next game on Saturday, September 11 in Ellsworth.
