The Dragons jumped out to a quick lead scoring three of its four goals in the first half leaving Bangor to try and figure out not only how to get back into the game, but also how to stop Brunswick's affair with the Bangor goal.

Brunswick got on the scoreboard at 30:35 on a goal from Iain Clendening, on a pass from Jack Banks. The Dragons scored again about 10 minutes later on a goal from Gus Silverman, with an assist from Merrick Meardon. The final goal in the first half came at 8:58 when Clendening and Banks switched their previous goal with Burns scoring this one to give Brunswick the 3-0 half time lead.

Bangor fought hard in the second half and did hold a fired up Brunswick team to just one goal from Luke Patterson for the 4-0 final score.

The Rams were unable to get any offense going in this game, as the Brunswick backfield kept them at bay while providing some nice passes that resulted in goals.

Both keepers had numerous saves with Brunswick's Brady LaForge being perfect for the win. Bangor had Trey Bourassa in goal where, despite the four goals, he fought off a barrage of shots from Brunswick.

Bangor finishes the 2021 season at 9-4-2 but they are graduating just five seniors.

Brunswick goes to 11-4-1 and will play Lewiston in the semifinals at a date to be determined  later this week.

Brunswick--3--1--4
