GLENBURN - The Glenburn 3rd/4th grade girls out scored Belfast 16-0 in the first
quarter, and maintained the lead the entire distance as they defeated the
Lions 36-17 in an Eastern Maine Basketball League travel game in
Glenburn on Saturday.
The Chargers led 26-2 at half time, and 30-8 after three quarters. Eve Wiles topped all scorers with 16 points for Glenburn, while Mallory Lausier and Emily Caulkins each scored eight points.
Kaymen Wadsworth led Belfast in scoring with six points.
