Final Glenburn Rec tournament scheduled for Saturday and Sunday

GLENBURN - On Saturday, March 10, the Glenburn Rec will be hosting the 5th-6th grade boys basketball tournament at the Glenburn Elementary School. The tournament will be on both Saturday and Sunday, March 11, and is the final of four tournaments which began on February 17.

The tournament participants include host team Glenburn, Hermon, Cushing, Ellsworth, Foxcroft, Holden, and two teams from Mount Desert Island. Here is the schedule for this week-end:

The Rec Department has been able to line up an onsite tee-shirt printer for SATURDAY morning only!  This was a huge hit this past weekend, and if this coming weekend goes as well the company will do all four of the Rec's tournaments next season.  Help keep this new opportunity for the tournaments, and stop in our Cafeteria to get your tournament tee-shirts Saturday morning 9-1 only!  Tee’s are $10.00 each. One print on shirt (name/jersey number) is $5.00, and two printed items on shirt is $8.00.
