Camden Hills Mercy's Oceanside 16-0

Maya Stone threw a one-hitter for Camden Hills to lead them to a 16-0 routing of Oceanside, Monday, April 27. Stone did not walk anyone and struck out eight in three innings for the win.

Thea Laukka led the Windjammers at the plate with three hits, including a double and a triple, driving in six runs. Camden also got hits from Charlotte McGreevy, Stone, A. Pedro, B. Rollins, and G. Fenton to go along with nine walks. 

Ellianah Sunderland took the loss for the Mariners, going 1 2/3 innings, allowing 12 runs, six earned, on seven hits and six walks with no strikeouts. A. Dennison pitched 1 1/3 innings, allowing four runs on one hit and three walks with one strikeout. 

Stella Eggan had the lone hit for Oceanside. 

Camden Hills goes to 2-1, while Oceanside falls to 2-0.

Camden Hills will travel to Brunswick for its next game.
