Things started slow for both teams, but the Clippers were the only ones to get the ball in the basket in the first quarter as they shut out the Chargers 4-0. That outcome would turn out to be the difference in the game.

Wagner out scored Glenburn 8-5 in the second quarter, and they would take a 12-5 lead into the half time break. The Chargers held the advantage in the second half of the game out scoring the Clippers 11-8, but they could not overcome that half time deficit.

Izzy Krummel and Madi DiCents led the Clippers in scoring with six points each, and Sadi Tardiff added three points. Madison Densmore and Blayne Tardiff each scored two points, and Hannah Littlefield chipped in with one point. Wagner went 2-for-4 (50 percent) from the foul line.

Eve Wiles scored a game high seven points to pace the Chargers in scoring. Grace Labree added five points, and Emily Caulkins had four points. Glenburn went 2-for-7 (29 percent) from the charity stripe.
