3/4 boys basketball closes out the 2020 Glenburn Rec tournaments

GLENBURN - The long four weekends of tournament basketball hosted by the Glenburn Rec began it's final tourney on Saturday as eight 3/4 boys teams took to the hardwood to begin the pool play. Participating teams include host team Glenburn, Foxcroft, Lincoln, Caribou, Ellsworth (DEFY), Hermon, and two teams from Gardiner.

Results of the first four games of the day, which covers all eight teams, had just one remotely close game followed by three lopsided games. In the opening game, Glenburn defeated Foxcroft 20-12. In the following three games, Hermon cruised to victory over Ellsworth with a 48-22 win, Lincoln rolled over Gardiner-Hasty 44-31, and in the fourth game of the day it was Caribou all over Gardiner-Mercier 41-20.
