Gilmore leads Brewer 5/6 girls past Holbrook

BREWER – The Brewer 5/6 girls B team held off a late run by the Holbrook 5/6 girls Sunday evening with a 35-27 win.

The games were originally scheduled for much earlier in the day but had to be changed due to the Turkey Trot held at the high school this afternoon.

Brewer was led by Olivia Gilmore with a game-high 12 points; Sarah Snowdeal added eight; Reece McKenney, Gabby Chase, and Ainsley Goodwin four each; Carmen King two; and Stella Damon one.

Brewer was 3-of-8 from the foul line.

For Holbrook, Jillian Ford had 10 points; Emma Jameson nine; Anna Smith four; and Brooklyn Kelley and Molly Brown two each.

Holbrook was 3-of-7 from the charity stripe.
