With early games you never know who is going to show up. When the game started at 9:30 a.m. everyone saw an enthusiastic Granite Coast plate four runs in the top of the first. It stayed that way until the third inning when Rockland Ford got a taste of home plate with a run.
In the bottom of the fifth Rockland Ford put two runs across the plate to make it 4-3. Granite Coast scored one in the top of the sixth, however Rockland Ford came right back with a pair of runs to tie the game at 5-5.

After a quick seventh inning, Granite Coast appeared to put the extra inning game away scoring four runs in the top of the eighth inning.
Rockland Ford, as it has done all year, refused to die and thanks to a few walks, cleanup hitter Alex Sirois came to the plate with two outs and the bases loaded trailing 9-7. Sirois stroked a long bases clearing double to give Rockland Ford another walk off, come from behind win, 10-9.
Rockland Ford moves to the semi-finals with an opponent to be determined.
