Jammer JV girls sail past Shipbuilders

ROCKPORT – The Camden Hills JV girls team hosted Morse of Bath Friday night in a JV contest at Camden Hills with the Jammers' taking a 57-41 win.

Camden took a 13-6 first quarter lead and expanded it to a 25-15 halftime advantage. After three-quarters of play, it was Camden 41-28 as they headed into the final stanza. 

Scoring for Camden Hills was Nicole Brown with a team-high 19 points; Audrey Bowman and Mya Wiley 13 each; Kesha Lane six; Kaylyn Krul four; and Ayla Curtit two.

Camden was 13-of-24 (54 percent) from the foul line and they had one 3-pointer from Brown.

For Morse, Marjia Medenca had a game-high 22 points; Dory Kulls nine; Rosa Atienza five; Paige Faulkingham and Alison Donovan two each; and Abby Sreden one.

Morse was 8-of-16 (50 percent) from the foul line and they had one 3-pointer from Kulls.
