Cony spoils Camden Hills home opener

The Camden Hills boys hosted Cony Tuesday night, falling to the Rams 81-58 in an uptempo game. Cony jumped out to an 11-0 lead before the Windjammers got on the board.  Camden Hills reduced the lead to 18-14 at the end of the first quarter on a 3-pointer from Daniel Peabody at the buzzer. However, the Rams were able to rebuild the lead to a 39-23 advantage at the half.

The second half was all Cony as the shooters got hot outscoring the Windjammers 42-35 to capture the win.

Camden Hills goes to 1-1 on the season while Cony is now 2-0. Camden Hills will travel to Thorndike Saturday night for their next contest.
