Flanagan Community Center girls 5th-6th-grade Invitational tips off tonight

ROCKLAND – The Flanagan Community Center 2018 Girls Invitational basketball tournament will tip off Friday, March 9 with games at 6 and 7:15 pm.

This tournament is a long-running event that started at the Rockland Recreation Center, now the Flanagan Community Center run by the Rockland Harbor YMCA.

This year features a 10 team tournament, meaning they will be playing four more games requiring earlier start times Saturday and Sunday.

The teams involved are Georges River, St.George/Rockland, Five Town Basketball, Thomaston, Medomak Valley Blue, Belfast Lady Lions, Boothbay, Oak Hill, Medomak Valley Gold, and CLC YMCA.
