Hermon breezes past Falcons in summer league tournament

HERMON - Sunday morning at Hermon High School, the Lady Hawks played dominating defense and breezed past the Lady Falcons of Freeport High School with a 62-26 victory.

Hermon took an 18-4 lead over the Falcons even before the mid way point of the opening half, and closed out the period 27-11. The Hawks did not slow down any in the second half, rolling out a 35-15 period while showing some dominating defense.
